利用規約
本規約は、Linechime（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。 本アプリをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意されたものとみなします。
本アプリは、個人的な利用のために無償で提供されます（一部の機能は有料です）。 本アプリを複製・再配布・改変・逆コンパイルすることはご遠慮ください。
利用者が本アプリで作成した作品の権利は、利用者に帰属します。 商用・非商用を問わず自由にご利用いただけます。
作品は端末の中にのみ保存されます。 次の場合、作品が失われることがあります。
失われた作品を開発者が復元することはできません。 残しておきたい作品は、共有機能で文字列として書き出して保管してください。
共有機能で作られる文字列には、作品の形と音の設定のみが含まれます。 個人情報は含まれません。誰に送るかは利用者が決めるものであり、 その内容および送信先について開発者は責任を負いません。
有料機能の購入手続きは Google Play が行います。 購入は Google アカウントに紐づくため、端末を変更しても引き継がれます。
返金については Google Play の規定に従います。 開発者が個別に返金を行うことはできません。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。 本アプリの利用によって生じた損害について、開発者は責任を負いません。 また、本アプリの提供を予告なく変更・中止する場合があります。
本規約は必要に応じて変更されることがあります。 変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から適用されます。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。

Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Linechime (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to them.
The App is provided free of charge for personal use; some features are paid. Please do not copy, redistribute, modify, or decompile the App.
Everything you create with the App belongs to you. You may use it freely, commercially or otherwise.
Your pieces are stored only on your device. They may be lost if you uninstall the App, clear its data, reset your device, or change devices. The developer cannot recover lost pieces. To keep a piece, export it as a share code and save that text.
A share code contains only the shape and sound settings of a piece — no personal information. You decide who receives it; the developer is not responsible for what you share or with whom.
Purchases are handled by Google Play and are tied to your Google account, so they carry over to a new device. Refunds follow Google Play's policies; the developer cannot issue refunds directly.
The App is provided "as is". The developer is not liable for any damages arising from its use, and may change or discontinue the App without notice.
These terms may be updated. The updated version applies from the moment it is posted on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
